> Threatens to remove funding for schools if they refuse to make .3% of the population comfortable by allowing men in bathrooms
Ok this was a bad decision, lol.
> Threatens the rights of individual Americans and states by forcing the legalization of gay marriage through (though the Supreme Court approved it, he raised the debate)
Oh, I'm sorry. Didn't know you hated equality, prejudiced redneck fuck.
> Continually stomps on the right to arm yourself to protect your family with anti-gun laws.
GOOD. It's a shame he hasn't got further!
> Created Obamacare, a HUGE flop that crushed the individual's right to not have healthcare (effectively saying the government owns your body so fck you).
Free healthcare is a right you should have. Obama is putting the country in a step towards the right direction. Not the dark ages.
> Has not done as he promised in removing troops from the Middle East drawing billions into his useless battles for "human rights".
Better than Republicans (particularly Tea Party) who would "carpet bomb" Syria... LIKE WHAT THE FUCK?
> Has caused the American people to continually victimize themselves so they feel bad about themselves and want the government to save them rather than make changes for them self.
Government should save people. It should have a high involvement in people's lives, to help them out in stuff. Not a nanny state, but free tuition, free healthcare, and free education should be rights (like Scotland).

F. Roosevelt, and H. Truman are probably the worst American presidents to date. Colossal fearmongering and warmongering. Raegan was an antagonistic confrontational militarist bastard.

All America's best presidents have been before the 1930s. Really, before the 1800s. I mean the Barbary Wars were kind of justifiable, and maybe even the American-British War, but the wars upon Indigenous folk? Not justifiable one bit, arguably the darkest times in the American past. Genocide, often.

Yes, that's the point. He managed not to blow us up, so either he was a ok president or he changed the difficulty to very easy. Either way, I'm happy.

Look, my objective wasn't to create an atmosphere more overly dramatic then the Clone Wars ( If you got that joke, I love you #StarWars ) but to just think it over. Please don't get personal or anything.

Anyhow, I will back my list up. I fully support everything I put on here. In retrospect, I might have contradicted myself with Johnson but let's just say besides equal rights, I fucking hate his ass ( Although Nominating Goldwater was a desperate ass move by Republicans lol ). Juq, you pretty much go to the right or left of what ever I say for fun lol. Ox, I think your probably victim of the counter propaganda movements propaganda. People get so caught up in running around screaming everything is propaganda that they don't actually realize that they themselves are part of a propaganda mission ( Classic example of this can be found in Smedly. Sorry Smedly lol I love you you little conspiracy theorist lol ). Reagan and Gorbachev both played big roles in those negotiations, equal credit is due. Also, for someone who supports government involvement in everything your sure quick to press the ' Everything government says is a lie ' button. Ox, if your gonna trust the government with your health care than learn to trust official negotiation history from the 80s lol baby steps my friend, all goals are reached through baby steps.

Some things about Jackson...

He vetoed more bills than all previous presidents combined. He only vetoed 12 bills. What was more notable was the fact that he was the first president to veto a bill for reasons beyond their constitutionality.

Additionally... Yes, his Indian policy was abhorrent. However, he was doing what he thought was best for them. He feared that many southerners would continue to encroach on the lands in spite of any treaties made with the tribes who got removed (especially when gold was discovered on Cherokee lands in the late 1820's). Some historians have made the argument that in spite of some of the hardships, some tribes only survived because of the relocation. Additionally, the policy of removal was widely accepted as appropriate by many politicians, to include Van Buren, Jackson's VP and the president under which many Indians were actually removed. None of this makes the removal policy right, but any criticism of it needs the appropriate context.

Plus, if we're giving people like Fillmore bonus points for holding the Union together, we have no choice but to give significant credit for Jackson's handling of the nullification crisis. When combined with the fact that his victory at the Battle of New Orleans also helped negate the Hartford Convention's secession arguments, it can be argued that only a very select few did more to preserve the union between the states.

@Conservative:

Some of the polls in Wikipedia's rating were conducted during Reagan's presidency or immediately after it. Moreover, opinion on Reagan's probably more polarized politically than opinion on earlier presidents, since the US electorate has generally become more polarized since 1992- approval ratings are now incredibly skewed based on your political party.

The negotiations were a deception. The soviets are planning on taking over more of the world via infiltration and subversion and they are succeeding.
