One thought is your map may get rejected for technically not clearly showing where the cities connect to the outside. It may be better to actually make the mini territories on the actual map part of the bigger territories. Here's an example on one of my maps (look at berlin):

I was thinking about that too, and I think I'm going to change it so that South Korea isn't at an advantage

One error: Polnang is nonexistent city name. It seems you mistook Pohang https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pohang.

Yep, the map I was tracing from was rather hazy and at some points it was hard to read, thanks for pointing that out. I've now implemented all the changes said above :)

Frankly, strategic value of this map is low, but I can imagine coin players will love it :)
Technical note - please redraw borders around cities, some territories seem bordering though they aren't.

EDIT: After some AI simulations, the south wins 9/10 games, any ideas on how to make it more balanced.

Splitting Chosin Reservoir into 2 and increasing southern Hamgyong's value on the proccess might work. As it stands, Chosin locks north korea's panhandle out of the fight.

Ok so I did as you said Zehyrum and it really balanced the map out completely, the ratio is now much more balanced at:

12:8 North to South

Also just a few things to show how fun the map seems like it might be, first of all for such a small map of 50 territories, the game turns average around 30 turns. Also the games seem quite fun as well, as they are singleplayer ai only games, I cant share the links to the games but here are a few photos of one very good game.

Best way to win this map is to play against a noob and let him take all your territories while you occupy 1 territory in every bonus, making sure not to go near their capital.
