I agree with most of this list, especially Pulp Fiction and Super8! But my favorite movie of all time is called "My Way", But it's a South Korean movie.

Just a hunch ... but are you and all your friends male, aged about 18-29?

Let me guess your favourite actor ... Josh BROlin?

Neb you question Fight Club but put Fast and furious movies? Josh Brolin reference reminds me to add No country for old men.
'There will be blood' was cool. Too many to name like you said.

x, the group of us who made the list were male as we were coming back on a minibus from wales after a hike and for some reason our conversation steered towards music some of us should listen to and films we should watch.

Apart from the Hurt Locker which I haven't heard of Apollo's list is very good as well.

Pooh, do you not like their movies?

Seen most of the films listed here. I agree with most of them. Die Hard or Fast and the Furious don`t belong here I think. They are fun, but not a Must Watch (when you have seen one of them you`ve seen them all).

You missed an important one though (or I`m looking over it): Forrest Gump

For all of those that contributed... what about Moulin Rouge!

Any love for Baz?

@Hedja... nothing wrong with them, but I just don't think all of his Tarrantino's movies are better than everything else out there.... part of what made Pulp Fiction so good was that it defined a genre/style for himself. I think a lot of movies... Kill Bill series and Django, try to tell an otherwise okay story and just pump it up with the crazy Tarrantino gore that makes it too over the top.

But going back to Pulp Fiction, If I had to choose between Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs... hands down... no choice.... not even going to justify the answer by saying what I think.
