There are several instances of internal alliteration/rhyming. Craz-ee Bern-ee, Goo-fy Woo-ren, Low En-ergy Jeb (short e's). The full line about Cruz was "He holds the Bible high, then he puts it down and lies. He's lyin' Ted." Effective.

Also, these are Trump's creations, not his supporters.' Don't listen to me, though, read Scott Adams' Master Persuader series of blog posts.
