if you let qadaffi or gnomia play in this i will no longer feel bad about the first one not working out.

This one is truly open and not about who pays up on a bet. Just a tournament of skill with a partner. If they win, so be it, but they'll have to win several games.

gnomia worries me because he is actually good. I think they should be excluded just the same, why reward him for going back on his word?

Math, actually You cant, cause Fizzer messed sth up. You have to do it from other IP. Other good players can do it too and probably already did, so I cant wait to point out all those under-100-games-played agents, who play like 2000 games played.

I was curious now, so I checked the ToS and apparently it is not explicitly forbidden, although, as you said, it is 'frowned upon'.

Either way, as I said, it'd be just to get around your "non-members only" restriction and I would call it MathWolf2 or so and never accept membership for it anyway in the unlikely case that I won.

But, as I don't want to screw up this idea I won't do so anyway as it would be unfair towards you in the first place.

Also, obviously people may use or already have used this trick before.

its double elimination, who loses one game, continuoes playing on the bottom with another team, who lost.
