Just because unimplementable isn't in the dictionary yet doesn't mean it never will be. It is forums just like these where this great language evolves.

For example you have chosen to use 'dictionry' instead of 'dictionary'. I personally prefer this spelling because its one letter shorter but says the same thing. In fact I think it spells the word that I say better. Maybe if we use it enough Oxford or Collins may think about changing it. What a koo that would be for our community.

Back on topic. I like your idea in general X but I have a question. You say that after your armies go into the sea they are gone, do you mean gone forever or can they be resurrected somehow?

If they are gone forever I see a major flaw in your idea and a reason why it will never work. Here me out, I don't want to sound mean but one of the major aims, if not the only aim of this game is to have more armies than your opponent; sending some to death voluntarily seems to defeat that purpose.
