I like history, so I will be as much help as possible. You might want to increase the English Channel Bonuses. Those were key to the war (Maybe include a few more islands, too, just for the effect). Also, you might wanna make Prussia a tad bit stronger. They absorbed the might of the French land campaign. Also, make the English Native Americans and the French Native Americans one person. It'll make it more interesting.
