Get a Poland, there are a lot there. Maybe a Belgium too, there are a few you could ask.
IDK if there a lot of Balkan players, but maybe a Yugoslavia (unless it is too politically charged?). Romania/Moldavia have a decent number. Other possibilities: Ukraine, South Africa, Gran Colombia (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador). No idea about numbers, but I feel there may be enough.
