The slogan on my profile picture is there to show my respect to the victims and their families ,friends. It might also condemn the attacks but it surely isn't a political message.

The victims and their families don't need your profile picture or respect. They need someone to put an end to these attacks. But then you start screaming that it's racist and you cannot do anything that has any effect. So much respect you have.

Well maybe, but these are only expectations. Keep in mind that this has little do with my slogan. You try to compare and convince me to vote for Trump but far as you know, you know better that I'm not an US citizien but a Belgian citizien. I wouldn't vote if I'm unable too. Indeed a bad comparison as I cannot influence the USA presidential election 2016. This explains my "flawed logic" statement reply.

As far as you're on track , I live in Belgium. The bombings in Brussels are a huge schock for our whole nation. The threat is raised to level 4 and Brussels is in lockdown. Many people have had a horrible day and are in panic.

My condolences, yes I hate these attacks and I condemn them. I used this a profile picture to show you , the community, my feelings about it. ... and in my words this profile picture is respectful.

Rather than that, why wouldn't you make a comparison with my new profile pic and my old one (the koala)? That is a much better comparison than a drafted comparison with me voting on Donald Trump.

People posting profile pics with "Je suis Paris", "Je suis Bruxelles", "Je suis Charlie" have not translated into ISIS stopping terrorist attacks. Rather, they are giving the impression that "now we have done enough, let's go back to business as usual while branding Trump and his supporters as racists".

That's not discrimination. If you didn't call Trump a racist, it would be plausible to think that you post Je suis pics because you actually want to support legitimate efforts to stop radical Islamic terrorism.

I liked it, because I too am tired of having to have such horrible things happen to people. Its sickening to see people bomb a public building or shoot down 20 people, and worse for this to happen so many times that we just accept it as common life.

At least Trump knows how to defeat ISIS (take the oil). He probably won't enter Iraq alone, he sounds like he doesn't want another costly war. Maybe he makes a deal with Russia, so Putin will defeat ISIS. Maybe he gets European powers to participate. In any case, if anyone has a chance to defeat ISIS, it's Trump. Not Hillary, not Bernie, probably not Cruz either, but only Trump.

If you think Trump is a flip-flopper, could you have predicted GWB's foreign policy from his campaign speeches? He said he'd focus on domestic affairs. I admit that Obama has been more consistent, though. He said he would leave Iraq, and it was easy to foresee the disaster that would happen there once US troops left.

Trump's war crimes didn't create Muslim radicalization. Neither did US meddling with Middle Eastern affairs. The so-called "moderate Muslim" has always been fertile breeding ground for radical Islamic terrorism, whether in the Middle East, Indonesia, or Europe. There is a problem within that religion and we need to figure out how to deal with it.
