Both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton pulled a near clean sweep in yesterday's five primaries. Are they practically guaranteed to get nominated at this point? Is there any chance for Cruz or Sanders to beat their respective opponents?

Trump vs. Hillary is the one outcome I've been dreading most this whole election, but it looks like it's about to happen.

I don't think any responsible American could vote hillary for the shot she's done. At least trump has a bad rep as a private person, we have yet to see him in public office.

Seriously, Hilary couldn't even give her hubby a quicky now and then how the hell is she supposed to run a country. Ntm she couldn't even handle being secretary of state.

In reality though, what is the worst that could happen? I say chances are one of them gets elected. If Hillary is elected, it will probably seem like another 4 years of Obama, which although it's not great, it's not awful. If Trump is elected, it will be very difficult to get any of his extreme plans passed through Congress.

Nonetheless, if Trump is elected he is going to represent your nation, I seriously hope he will mind his language if we do not want another world war....

Hmmm, I think it's not over yet. Bernie might still beat Hillary, and Cruz can stop Trump. We'll need to see what happens in the next states, a lot of delegates haven't been put into vote yet. With few candidates and a better spread of their ideas, the scenario can change.

Don't be so sure the GOP won't try a coup to oust Donald on the Convention Floor. They know its political suicide, but the GOP establishment doesn't care. RNC and big money donors are hosting a rules conference to potentially change some of the rules for a contested convention. Cleveland is spending $50 million in riot gear for the convention. And if Kasich and Cruz get enough delegates, then Trump might not get a majority.

For the Democratic side its over. Just raise your right hand now and swear fealty to Killary Klinton.

I'm gonna sound overly optimistic, but I think Bernie still has a good chance to defeat Hillary. She's only got one or two states left that she should win, and if Bernie wins California and the Pacific, he's right back tied up. Hillary only has New York and one or two others at most the way it's looking.

The Donald on the other hand...we're all dead.

I think Trump has to win outright. Or they'll simply elect someone else. He has to make it to 1,279, that magic number.

Just curious...is this actually true? And if so, why?

Over the last few years we have signed a bunch of agreements with China and other countries in the area, and seem to be moving into being more of an Asia-Pacific country generally.

Good for you guys. All the wealth is moving to Far East Asia. Obama was supposed to turn America's economic and military focus to East Asia with the Asia Pivot, but that was a hopeless failure since ISIS came onto the scene.
