When you go around warning and banning people for every little common thing on the internet you will lose players. It is seriously oppressive. Sure, you may have insulted him a little bit but once again THIS IS THE INTERNET. If he hasent gotten used to the fact that insults will be thrown then he needs to learn a few things..
