I heard it will start on June 15. You'll be invited to your tournaments shortly beforehand, but the league officially starts on June 15. If you fail to join your tournaments by that day, you're disqualified.

What happens in a tie situation on total points?

Out of curiosity I counted how many players each clan uses in their line-ups. What I found out is there is absolutely no correlation between number of players and how well the clan is supposed to perform (with exception of ones that went for absolute minimum). :P
7th Heaven is the only one clan here that uses all of their members (congratulations!). GG's line-up is the deepest, with only four less than tournament slot count. The Lost Wolves is clan with least percentage of their members used in this season, although three clans use even lesser player count (a minimum of 6). Two of them are new clans in the competition.

Master, as a tiny little hint (I know I am orthography naziing here, but... can't help it):

The funny letter in Preußen Garde, the ß, is a German sharp s sound. It should be switched to ss (like onoma94 did in his post) when the ß letter is not available due to whatever reasons (non-German keyboards for example ^^).
Could you please please change the B in the spreadsheets to ss? It drives me mad whenever I read it. :D
