Moving on to the bonuses/superbonuses now, I have a question for all: Should the allied advance bonuses be of the Reich losing land or of the allies gaining land? I started doing the first option.

That depends if by "allies gaining" you mean the continuation of those bonuses showing Germany shrinking after Stalingrad and Normandy or an entirely different timeline showing all the allies' movement during the war, including their losses.

If you give bonuses to the Reich, then the reich gets extra points for when they are losing.

But the theme shows the Reich's control.

As long as the Western and Eastern Front bonuses are separate (one bonus doesn't control all Allies), I think it makes sense.

Maybe even some final bonuses for allied occupied Germany/Austria?

Honestly the best choice for gameplay would be add the allies' own timeline, just like done for Italy, Hungary, ect.

Though, adding a reich list of bonus being slowly lost over time would be complementary to the theme of the map, since it's "Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" and would fit in with what possibly was inspiration for it (Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire).

Ideally, just do both - add the bonuses of the reich going to shit + the timeline for the allies. :P

Well add North AFrica to some of the earlier bonuses.

Some suggestions for naming in the Netherlands,

Amsterdam > Noord-Holland
Leeuwarden > Friesland
Eindhoven > Limburg

Besides this, the name of the Leeuwarden area bonus could be named "Oost-Nederland"
Utrecht area bonus could be Zuid-Nederland.

I do not know if this bothers you, but it hit my eyes as a Dutchman :)

Furthermore, I noticed a couple provinces east of Lithuania, to not be in a region bonus. They are green of colour adjenct to the Wisna bonus.

No need, coming on gradually. I may set up test without completing all super bonuses, then maybe have another test with. Super bonuses are taking a lot of time!

Is it possible to give me access to the map posting-thing? I could do them for you if you like.

To my knowledge you can't share the map editor file, even if you have the original SVG. If you have the SVG it that you would have to redo all of the connections and center points.

Ah, so I guess the only way would be to give me access to his account, which I'm sure he doesn't want to do, and I wont encourage him to do so unless he thinks it's a good idea.

Since the areas of Algeria and Morocco were under Vichy administration, it would make sense to add them to the bonus of Vichy.

This also helps understand the loss of North Africa during Operation Torch, when that area was liberated by American and British forces.
