The 3 letter abbreviation should be moved to the top right (and bottom left) as this corner is revealed first. Currently you would need about 40% of the card to see it. With the letters moved you would only need 10%.
Apart from that I prefere the old plain design of the cards. It just fits the general minimalistic feeling of Warlight much better.

These all look horrible, it makes the game look as if it is aimed at 6 year olds and don't portray any of the skill or complexity of the game, could you implement an option for custom card designs, IE you can choose to use the old ones, the new ones or even upload your own texture to use

think they look good, still can't see how or why emergency blockade card is in any way a better descriptive name than abandon, since you are abandoning a territory, not blockading it. If you were blockading it, then you would retain the territory if not taken.... but you don't because you're abandoning it.

Man. I seem to be in the minority but I still don't like them (although I will admit the delay card is funny). Still not easy to distinguish and frankly most of the artwork is distracting. Every time I pop up the card menu I give a little sigh. I would much rather have some additional work done to improve the mobile app than these type of changes.

I will get used to them, but in no way is this an improvement.

They're still shitty, not sure what changes were done but they didn't address the main problem with the new cards which is a fundamental problem with the art. They're completely out of place; they use webcomic-tier design. They don't fit the warlight theme: simple territories and numbers. The designs of these cards are over-complicated, but that isn't the main issue. The main issue is that they try incredibly hard to appeal to facebook normies. They have the PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS/SHARE YOUR SCORE type normie appeal.

So much better than the update cards..still worse than the original cards. The message from the community is so damn near unanimous - warlight is brilliant and simple and should be kept that way at all costs.

+1 castle but at least you can tell what the cards mean this time. But god damn if normieism isn't infecting this site. First with the homosexual commander and now with the webcomic tier card art. Where did it all go wrong? where?

Summing up: new cards were lame and confusing( difficult to use). Now, after amendments, things got better and they are only lame.
