im ok if they decrese the points in those games but as i said i think its not ok to punish someone who is not in cinflict with the rules thats like living in nazi germany

You shouldnt make leveling your religion.

Whether it's against the rules or not depends on the game. If it's automatic distribution (i.e. people who don't read the settings have the same odds of winning as those who do) and if it's named something appropriate, like "Lottery game" (so the people who don't want that kind of game can avoid it), then it's okay.

However, if the game is specifically crafted just to try to exploit players who don't know how to read settings, then that's a problem. Weisblut's games were clearly this: they used maps without bonus links to hide which territory was overridden, they used manual distribution, and they contained text telling players to pick a specific territory (when really the winning territory was a different one).

Weisblut was also given a warning asking him to stop doing it. He only lost levels because he disregarded the warning and continued doing it anyway.

Weisblut, if this was Nazi Germany, you'd be in Auschwitz and not getting docked 10 levels. If you were in Communist East Germany you would get a letter and be arrested upon opening the letter with the excuse that you had been warned, but failed to comply.

From what Fizzer just posted you deliberately disregarded the warnings and deserve more than 10 levels and yes that is entirely unethical and unfair.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it wasn't just the pirate/ninja games...you made a lot more games with overridden bonuses to gain cheap levels.

They weren't even on the same map as you are trying to explain.

Anyways, I must agree that if you're given a warning you should stop. Like they say in one of the Military Branches ( or the Army ?? ), shape up or ship out.

It is just like other games just more luck and more immediate result. I have won without the bonus because of others mistakes. So their lack of common sense came into play. I don't really play for the points it is mainly to kill the time until another game comes up or to see if i am the lucky ninja. It is also a lot clearer than the games of large maps and one hidden bonus that no one will notice.

Ska2D2 must be new to the Wiki. Guess who owns the Wiki? Fizzer. Guess who made the Rules page? Fizzer. Proof is already in the History of the Rules page.

However, Fizzer created the page and implied that common sense applied to the rules, and some of the common sense includes not taking advantage over people.

Yes they are wrong.
Misdirection and lying is wrong.
Creating a game, and calling it "Ninja win in 1 turn" but it's actually the Pirate that wins is lying. (Not saying that's exactly what you did, just stating an example)
Not sure what's worse, you taking advantage of people that didn't read the settings, or trying to trick people in the first place.

Personally I'm fine with games that are 100% luck (those lottery games), but taking my example as before, trying to trick people to go for the Ninja, is not even games about luck anymore, which is the wrong part.
