Tournament will be created half an hour before it starts.

Standard Strategic Settings?

I'm guessing it's 4x5 SR 0% with Wastelands?

standard strategic is 1v1 ladder as far as i'm aware ocean

my definition of standard strategic settings is 0% SR, random or cyclic order, balanced territories, warlords, 2 or 3 starting positions, a few wastelands, neutrals of 2, non picked neutrals of 3 or 4.

if you want to have a swing at creating a template for the map in similar settings go for it and post us some test games, we might very well use it on the tournament itself, with a few tweaks we might feel beneficial after playing a few test games ourselves.

actually i'm thinking about it and noticing i won't have much time to play test these settings before hand, since i will be away for new years and only get back home couple hours before the tournament, so it would be tremendous help if someone tested some strategic templates out of the map and linked their games.

For sure I'd like to be in this tournament!
Just a quick forewarning: In my Discovery maps I used my (new and improved) random name generator, and some territory names may be hard to pronounce. Just sayin'.
