I don't play diplos anymore but when i did i can't say i saw many people war fairly or if they did an ally would step in to help the losing side eventually or else diplos wouldn't be diplos?

I was Mexico. My problem was that USA kept stacking, and stacking, and stacking. I asked over a dozen times for him to stop, and he didn't. So, I gave my land to a stronger power.
