Really I know people who are vegetarians, and I respect them, and I really despise people like you telling others what they have to doSo now people aren't allowed to have opinions. People can eat meat. Obviously I can't change that. But I can suggest changes can't I? And just the biological argument (humans were evolved to be omnivores) is a superficial argument that ignores moral and ecological reasoning against eating meat. I'm only trying to promote the idea of vegetarianism in a moral and global conservation sense. If people choose not to practice vegetarianism that is perfectly fine. I'm not being extremist about it am I? I'm not threatening people or saying they will die if they eat meat am I?
And its not just about people's health. Livestock production for meat produces about 18% of co2 emissions - its contributing to climate change more than other sources. Its a huge problem for our generation and I'm just trying to suggest people move in a different direction. Forgive me if I've offended you so much.
