Austria is hot - the little snow pictures you put, one has the Sun shining on it, and the other has cattle. Well, most Austria is hot, anyway, just a few towns in the south mountains in Tirol, Lienz is one of them.

Yes but you have been to Chukotka ,Infection. We've other standards of cold and hot.

Cold in my country usually means under 10°C and hot means usually above 25°C.
