Go to your tournament page and count how many tournaments say: [tournament name] "by Diplomatic Immunity". Subtract that number by 5 then you know how many you have free.

For the love of god, use the ctrl +f function to do this. Will save you some time. Also, that won't work if you've declined some of your own tournaments, and they've not started yet.
