What's the word for when you say:

Like in those "I will kill James Bond unless you give me 100 million yen" kinda things.

negative reinfrocement is when you apply a negative stimulus to a person, and remove the stimulus when the person have the desired behaviour.
positive reinforcement is when you apply a positive stimulus each time the person has the desired behaviour.
the term you are probably looking for is positive punishment
