How can he write,sign out,sign in get into the game and write again for 50 seconds?
You don't even need to log out to be on multiple accounts.
As a matter, I could be logged in on 10 accounts, simultaniously, each with different IP and country location, and play on all of them togheter (would take much more time to play obviously) on one computer.
Multiple browsers is one possibility, but it's easy to spot for admins or security system (if there is such a thing).
