I've been on Warlight for about five months now, but still have very little knowledge (despite reading almost everything on the forums) on how the clans in Warlight really work. I failed to find anything of use in the wiki, and searching the help forum just brings me to an unhelpful Google search page. I've never been in a clan, nor have I ever been invited or recommended to a clan, and I really would like to know exactly how they work before I try to join one. Please help!

1. Get invited to a clan, usually on clan page (see 2.), you will find who you can ask to be invited.
2. Click on the icon left of a person's name (for me, the three stripes) to access the clan page. Alternatively, you can click the Clans tab under the Community Tab and find your clan there.
3. There should be a dialogue: "You have been invited to this clan! Accept: Yes / No.
4. You will get access to the clan forum and and icon left of your name.

They are basically just an alternate forum and a fun tag next to your name just for some extra fun.

+Жұқтыру Yeah, but I'm more interested in knowing how internal clan structure works, and how the people who run the clan provide any clan services that that particular clan may offer.

Basically? There are only two types of members for every clan:
>Common
>Manager
Commons get to access the private clan forum and the tag next to the name.
Managers are the ones with access to manager rights and they are capable of doing some things:
>Invite new members
>Add and remove manager rights from others (including himself)
>Changing members' title on clan members list
>Editing the clan's page
>Changing clan's picture and icon/tag anytime

And then, every clan has it's own way of making this simple system ridiculously complicated by adding in "ranks" (that are just there for the cool looks), "governments" (basically the group of people that discuss how the clan should be ran - recruiting, interclan games, ect), and more. Or they can be totally carefree and just be there for the tag and the forums.

+[WOLF] Zephyrum Thanks! that really cleared some things for me. Now it's just a matter of which clans are good and which ones aren't, but my time reading the forums makes that very easy.
