China has been the 1st world power for millenias it is only since the 18-19th century that western powers have overtaken China, but since the 1990s China has awaken, and the Chinese shall have their 1st place again soon (some datas indicate that China is already the first power in many fields), I only hope that China will finally become a democracy before they surpass us, or then you should start to pray God...

sasha, there is some documentaries about the Chinese migration, if you do not believe me then you have plenty of reliable sources, Russia of course wont reveal what is really going on there.

Only around 10% of China's land is arable. Methinks that if China declares war, all that needs done is to destroy the farms and warn people not to aid China in the following starvation. There are many ways to win a war against China, even if they are the strongest (which they aren't).
