you wanna play then let's start!

which terrorists are you talking about?

And yeah Russia did support terrorists, one example?
Chechnya, the rise of islamism in this federal russian province is like supporting terrorists by the Russian government inaction , here is a picture of Ramzan Kadirov's demonstrations, Kadirov, leader of Chechnya supported by the Kremlin, openly organizing a demonstration after the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack (now known as the 9/11 French events), supporting the terrorists who (should I recall it) killed innocents!

your turn.

That depends on your perspective. People in the western world who have lived their lives in (relative) comfort and under democracy see all of its flaws and are quick to feel disenfranchised.

People who've lived their whole lives under oppressive regimes look at our style of democracy and think it's next to heaven.

tupacito I will agree with you on that, what we call democracy isnt really yet a perfect system, but it is still better than openly dicatorships.

Your words are monitored 24/7 (while online or near a phone), the government has the ability to wipe you off the face of the earth with a button and your votes don't matter.

America is not an example I would call it an illusory democracy but some countries achieved a way higher stage of democracy.

People have a tendency to over exaggerate on this point. The NSA is monitoring and scanning for a very specific set of key-words, and don't really examine 99% of the material they have potential access to. Unless you have some sort of possible terrorist/criminal connection they aren't putting an eagle-eye on all your activity. You really think some guy at NSA HQ is watching you play Warlight? Not likely.

the government has the ability to wipe you off the face of the earth with a button

What exactly are you referring to here? Drones?

While the fear of being nuked by a terrorist group or foreign power is realistic, thinking your own government might do it is not. You can say the guys in D.C are greedy, corrupt, etc. But for the President to nuke his own country he'd have to be an idiot stupid enough to set a world record.

All of your words are put through a filter, say something they don't like and they can send some thugs(SWAT team) to go and arrest/kill/make you disappear. And yes I was talking about drones.

eklipse, lets say a major crisis bigger than the 1929 market crash would happen, civil war, what would the president or what ever entity in this fictional future would do?

so yeah if any reasonable leader had a brain, they would destroy all their nuclear weapon reserves, before anything similar happen!

Actually the US had a plan for insurrection and Civil War, The White Plan. Based on the German anti-revolutionary forces and strategy during the twenties. (Very outdated).

Uhhhh...well they CAN, but that doesn't mean it happens. You got any sources on this note?

And yes I was talking about drones.

Yes, the government can now legally use drone strikes on U.S soil thanks to President Obama. Some politicians like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz made a fuss over it but everyone laughed them off.

an american president already used this power once against civilians (japanese)

Using nuclear weapons on a hostile nation that invading the normal way would costs hundreds of thousands of lives does not equate to nuking your own soil.

eklipse, lets say a major crisis bigger than the 1929 market crash would happen, civil war, what would the president or what ever entity in this fictional future would do?

Well if there was another Civil War we can presume that the U.S President would want to re-unite the nation and reclaim the rebel territories, thus I doubt he/she would use nukes since that would make the territory he/she wants back absolutely worthless.
