First of all, what is this?
This is a sketch from the show 'Vacanta Mare'( a romanian humoristic group), part of their show, Am Inbuli-NATO(We've been screwed by NATO, 1999).What we made here is the translation realized by DesertFox. We do not own the original script.

Secondly, what the numbers mean?
Those are notes, and i will explain them.
1.Ardelean= people from Transilvania (named also Ardeal)
2.Corneliu Vadim Tudor=is the leader of the Greater Romania Party (Partidul România Mare), poet, writer, journalist and a former Member of the European Parliament. He is known for his strongly nationalist views.
3.Reference to the magyar language( this applies on the romanian language too)
4.Baptise here is used as misspeling someone's name
5.Arrival in the unit = the date of arriving in some place (usualy a military unit)
6. Historical Reference. Hungarians claim that they were first in Transilvania, but this theories are disputed.
7.Another Historical reference. It is belived that the romanians from Transilvania lived under the hungarian rule for almost 500 years (but it's not sure )
8.'Catch Hungarians/bulgarians/etc. (rom.a prinde ungurii/bulgari/etc). Is a romanian phrase .We say that when we catch on Tv programs from another countries (or from our own).
9.Pálinka= is a traditional fruit brandy in the Carpathian Basin.
10.Ardelean Chest(Piept Ardelenesc) = a local recipe of chicken chest.
11.In romanian, it sounded ,,deci, felul intai''. 'A face felul', lit. translated in english, means ' to kill somebody'.
12.Guyas (know as Goulash) =is a soup or stew of meat and vegetables, seasoned with paprika and other spices.
13.Calling for duty in the army.
14.This part was modified by our translator, to rhyme in English.
The original romanian phrase ('Iau-zisi ce gluma proasta'; lit' hear what a bad joke).
