Well tbh, it all depends on how sophisticated the mod tools are. The games site I moderate has very sophisticated mod tools and very intricate internal procedures.

This is obvious. But I'm going slow and establishing information before I press on with this.. Even if I do state "Obvious" information..

Here is the solution. Deal with it. Grow some thick skin. Trolls exist and there is next to nothing you can do about them. Just turn a blind eye and let sleeping dogs lie. Trolls have infected almost every corner of the internet and there is no way that you will be able to keep these out of warlight 100% of the time.

If you can't learn how to deal with trolls now then I worry about the future of warlight.

(EDIT: No way is knyte a mod. He had a trolling account called NIGHT (Brilliant, right?) that totally screwed with the forums. knyte would be one of the last people to get mod status.)

But for gods sake.. Can we not have a site that bans them? That makes them go over the effort of going through the whole emailing process of making them able to make accounts? Why can't we make a hurdle like so many sites do? Lets make a hurdle that makes troll jump and lets stop them from just breaking through the hurdle...

All I'm asking..

just because we have them doesn't mean we have to just leave them that will only make the problem worse.

Here's an idea:
Fizzer can release the IP/address of all trolls, then appoint a task force to hunt them down online and tell their friends and family what they've done..

Also, platinum, the only person trustworthy of mod status you named was... No one. None of the people you named are acceptable.

Why does Fizzer simply ignore our reports? Thats what I dont understand.
