Territory Limit

The territory limit defines the maximum number of territories that each player will receive.

This setting only applies when using a normal distribution.

Note that players will not always receive the maximum if there aren't enough territories available for distribution for everyone to do so. In a normal distribution, all players must receive the same number of territories.
