Now we have finished the Chatville-Miaouville-Billi Highway and defeated some bandits. Communication in Central Felinia has improved. However Central Felinia is still largely lawless. We are patient since we need time to build highways before our troops and the Police can effectively patrol the region. Caribbean Province is now largely rich and safe and Felington Province a bit safe and developed. We will clean up some districts of Felington before cleaning up Central Felinia. Abidjan District is designed to host all poor French/Spanish/Portuguese/Haitian Creole-speaking black Africans while Accra District is designed to host all poor English-speaking black Africans. To make these districts happy homes for them we need to build infrastructure (such as Tokyos of Africa) and remove bandits. After cleaning up these districts we will try to clean up Coastal Dih Meht, Pretoria Province and Coastal Billi. Central Felinia is mainly maintained by garrisons in Billi, Miaouville and several other cities now. |
