We cleaned up the thugs in PaP District, CA and then incarcerated them in Monrovia District, FE. We have built several modern prisons in Felington Province to house criminals all over Felinia. A month later, the Government of Felinia received a phone call from Chatville Province informing Felinian leaders of widespread power outage in the City of Chatville and the rest of Chatville Province as well. Several minutes later Billi Province complained about the same issue in some parts of the province, especially Lusaka District. The government believed that there was something wrong with Inga Dams that provides electricity to the locations above. Hence the Feline Police tries to locate the problem which turns out to be some gang members expelled from Chatville cutting the wires. Hence the Feline Police began to attack the gang members.
