After Pan-Feline Forces have liberated Haiti and renamed it the Feline State, we begin to rebuild it into our Feline State. Roads have been cleaned and hospitals have been built. This time the Feline State decides to free Jamaica from its high crime rate, build infrastructure, promote businesses and improves the lives of its inhabitants. The Feline State will move its capital to Kingston.
