Description

Situation: With our navy rebuilt and our island secured for the time being, we can now rebuild our empire overseas. While we can't go on a campaign of outright conquest, we can at least conquer footholds to spread our influence and build our power. Africa is a good place to begin, as the nations there are weak and easy to subdue with valuable resources to boot. The true gem though is definitely the Cape which will serve as a connection between the Atlantic and Asia until the Suez can be secured.
