May 5, 1958, a date which would live as the 2nd biggest ceremonial mourning in the entire world. It is the death of Stalin. After almost dying due to a stroke at 1953, it looks like his luck has run out. His second stroke has killed him, with the guards guarding outside of his bedroom only going in it after some days due to their fear of Stalin. After his funeral, a giant debate of who will become the leader of the Soviet Union happened. Me, Malenkov, and Beria fell out and went back to our seperate places. I, supported by my friend Zhukov, proclaim myself as the leader of the Soviet Union. This enraged both Beria and Malenkov, and each of them proclaim as the leader of the Soviet Union. This caused a giant rift to form between us 3, and a civil war is all but imminent. When it happened, Zhukov and the red army immedietly secured our eastern puppets (except for slovenia, which was took by the Fourth Reich) and set on out against the traitors. Beria is hellbent on destroying Malenkov's Russia first before attacking my state, so we will not worry about the threat of invasion by him. With all of european Russia and most of the red army on out side, I am confident that we will crush them easily. All hail the Soviet Union! |
