As coisas começam mal, ele cria uma Assembleia constituinte e uma constituição onde é criado o 4º Poder que é o Poder Moderador, que é mais forte que os outro três poderes. Pernambuco se revolta a isso afirmando que ele está sendo "Autoritario" demais, criando assim a Confederação do Equador. Things start badly, he creates a constituent assembly and a constitution where the 4th power is created which is the moderator power, which is stronger than the other three powers. Pernambuco is rebelling to it stating that it is being "authoritarian" too, thus creating the Confederation of Ecuador. |
