Festung is a powerful aristocratic city-state, with a deeply divided nobility. Disagreements in it's politics led to the creation of the Alliance of the Seven by nobles eager to copy foreign ways. To further complicate matters, more disagreements led many powerful nobles to pledge their forces to the Alliance. Boldened, it openly revolted and and besieged the city with forces sworn to defend it. Can you, Commander of the City Watch and the River Fleet overpower them? |
