 The year is 2066. The Resource Year has just begun. Food rations, water amounts, power sources, oil quantities. All going down drastically. The 50 U.S. States decided to start a war for the resources. Whoever won the war kept all the sources. The losing states would have to move out of country. You are starting in Washington.
