So this "pure skill" will disable fog, too? And make cards visible?

Except for the fact that seeing "through" the fog and assessing card status is skill, not luck.

From a theoretical standpoint it may not be full skill but you get information from the picks you miss and assessing cards is a trick of counting. Once you encounter your opponent count his armies, then count his next deploy on your border. If he deployed full income and could not have 3 leftovers in the same spot, then unless you see him take a territory, he did not.
