i want you to watch this game. in my opinion it was epic since i was booted at minute 5 (5 min boot). they were going to loose in some turns maybe, and they didnt waited 1 or 2 minutes more. i was online, just talking to my teammate. they didnt asked. they was waiting only to boot.
i think the noob kid was mbohn2.

I stated at the beginning of the game that players that went over the boot time would be booted. Please read the game chat and see what king of language is used in a game played by "kids" by malamute....what is the reporting process for this....I can't find an abusive reporting thread in the forum?

mbohn2, you said you weren't going to wait til 10 to boot... booting right at boot, specially in a close game is just fail.
his attitude was unnecessary afterwards.

I agree with Perrin on both points but Mbohn2, you booted all three players right at 5 minutes yet one of your turns took longer than 5 minutes.

Booting is not against the rules, and nobody will get banned for booting. This is because the game already has a timer built-in to enforce the boot time you define.

Honestly, if you feel that nobody should be booted before the 10 minute mark, why not just set the boot time to 10 minutes and let the game enforce your desired behavior? Then there's no way to be dishonest. Setting the boot time to 5 minutes and saying "Don't boot until 10 minutes" is like giving someone a loaded gun, aiming it at yourself, and telling them not to shoot you.

i think it's just a way to play fair.every fair player before booting ask if there is any problem, if the player is still online and something like that, cause booting is ruining the game, and booting to win is for little cryin' kids. if the booting time is set to ten. not to ruin the game is normal asking if something happened and wait a little more, maybe 15.
but seems is a right thing booting after few seconds at an advanced turn of the game, ii'll start creating games with boot time 1 minute and boot everyone until i win. u would like to play in this way?

Booting right at boot time is a sucky thing to do, but crying once you get booted in such way in quick game is worse. Stop it, please, and just play games with 10-15 minutes boot time.
