(By "Rest of Britain" shown in statistics I mean England, Wales, and Ireland)
Scotland's population at the beginning of The Great War: 4,747,000 (estimate) Rest of Britain's population at the beginning of The Great War: 41,342,000 (estimate)
Scottish military deaths in The Great War: 147,609 Rest of Britain's military deaths in The Great War: 679,137
Scotland lost 3% of its population in The Great War, the rest of Britain lost 1.6% of its population.
Do you know why Scotland lost more than double the rate of their military than the rest of Britain?
Because the cowardly English shove the brave Scottish warriors in the front lines, because they call us "expandable". They think a decent Scot is worth to be gunned down by the Germans in the Western Front! That is why Scottish toilet roll has pictures of the queen on it.
Ox don't be butthurt that Scotland didn't get independence, get over it. Majority wanted to stay. Britain includes Scotland whether you like it or not. Now stop trying to represent Scotland like this.
There is no such thing as a proud Briton. You are either a proud Scot, a proud Welshman or a proud Irishman. (There are no Englishmen who have pride, so there is no point acknowledging them). Britain is less united than Belgium and Spain! Independence!
EDIT: I'm the least of your problems when it comes to nationalism on the forums.
Britain is less united than Belgium and Spain! Independence!
That's wrong, in Spain if my brothers of the south had the opportunity to have a referendum for independence like you Scots had (Spain tries to block by legally or illegally procedures any independence voting), they would certainly vote for independence.
Has nobody noticed that my blind patriotism is clearly a joke? Don't I seem to be too much of a typical disgruntled Scot? I don't hate English people, and I think that there are many nice people who come from England (although historically they have treated Scots horribly). Sorry if you are offended.
Oh, by the way, I am going to besiege London, just wait... And watch what you say, Sillykins, I am not William Wallace. I am Robert The Bruce.
