Hotkeys - "More Info" + "Analyze" when committed: 4/11/2015 18:23:05

It's a huge pain to only be able to view "More Info" when pick orders have been committed.

It's also a pain in the ass to see what is in a bonus (or superbonus, or super-super bonus) on a big map - especially while playing with a low boot timer.

On maps with tens or hundreds of territories, I need to be able to instantly know what is in a bonus - from before I click Begin, to when I get eliminated or click Surrender.

It's also a huge pain in the ass to only be able to use the analyze tool when orders aren't committed. (Edit: This was an oversight on my part. Still would like a hotkey, instead of just the clickable Menu option.)

My few boots have come from time delays due to those things, and I've lost pick priority due to needing to check what was in a bonus.

Request #1
Make a hotkey that displays the "More Info" popup for a territory that you have selected - no matter whether orders have been committed or not.

Request #2
Make a hotkey that displays the "Analyze attack" tool - no matter whether a territory is highlighted or not. I don't mind setting the #defenders by hand every time.

Have you done Menu>Analyze Attack?

[edit]
It is more than a pain in the ass to see what is in a bonus on a big map

From the lobby, you can view the settings and also preview the map.

"Menu > Analyze Attack" is good. Still would like a hotkey.

The thing about "More Info" is needing to make decisions on-the-fly during the picks phase. Previewing the map before the game starts only helps so much when playing on a map with hundreds of territories and random distribution.

Edit: Plus, hotkeys make life easier in general.
