It would seem JJ figured out how to automate lotto games and went wild with Ham, I doubt one can get that many points physically without getting carpal tunnel or otherwise ruining ones self. I remember playing a few hundred lotto games to zerg rush the 10K achievement and it is physically demanding and wrecking. I can't imagine playing several thousand, never mind the time commitment.
Then when Fizzer laid down the ban hammer he started creating alts to knock most people out of the top 10 listings, and spoofing accounts that were in the top ten as revenge. I assume spoofing someone like that down to the write up of your profile is also against the rules. But the initial bans were from just the automating the game system.
And before anyone derps in, if you can automate games, any map will do, start, surrender repeat, so don't play the lotto maps.

Pity JJ was a player in my tournaments until he found a way to rig the system. Hate to lose anyone, but hey, spots open if anyone likes lotto. Huh, huh.
