Clan Wars has been finished second in a row by the same clan for many seasons. I suggest a handicap to be added for a clan that finishes second multiple times in a row to give more clans a chance at finishing second. If a clan finishes second 2 seasons in a row, max points per day is reduced to 24. If same clan finishes second 3 seasons in a row, it is reduced to 23. If the same clan finishes second 25 times in a row the max point per day is reduced to 0. The handicap goes away once a different clan finishes 2nd in a season.
Bonus suggestion: If the clan name has "e,h,k,n,t,y" letters in it this handicap is not applied.
