ask a bunch of low level members in each of these clans how happy they are with the clan, that would be the truest measure

That's the problem Thomas there should'nt be "low level" members in a clan everyone is of equal stature in a clan no matter what.

Led being the key word I do not consider myself above anyone in my clan and consider everyone to be equal.
Everyone will soon have a role regardless of how long they have been in the clan nor what level they are.
