After looking through the map making tutorials, I decided to take a crack at actually making a map.

This map is based off of an artificial island cluster off the coast of Dubai. The geography is not very accurate, but it matches with the design plans. Although some islands have been purchased for development, most remain empty.

Actually making and naming every territory has been finished. I am now working on making connections clear, adding bonuses, and maybe a little more decor. What do you guys think?

It is a really good idea to make a map of this!
Although I think it would be more interesting if you add the Universe part and maybe other parts of the bottom picture in your map to avoid creating another "world map" split up in Islands.

I tried working with it, but the rest of the surrounding islands can't be fit in without squishing the existing islands to the point where army numbers do not fit.

Map is "complete". All bonuses assigned, all territories linked. It is ready for testing!

What exactly do you mean? If you mean names of islands, I specifically copied the names exactly off of the different resources listed above. Any incorrect geography or spelling is due to the fact that this island chain, which is an actual island development off the coast of Dubai, was not made 100% realistically.

just double check your connections, and make sure theyre balanced. ill test it if you want

All the connections are solid. I have decided to publish version 1.0 to public after making a few more tweaks. If I receive any good feedback, I will post an updated version 1.1.
