Hi guys, i was wondering, can AIs play cards???

Reinforcement only I believe.

Can always just set up a practice game with no fog with an AI with all cards available to all players right at the start of the game, then make card plays visible to opponents. Would answer your question definitively

That depends on the game. They're pretty awful at cribbage, but they're mean bridge players.

AI's can play cards, you just don't that they do unless you can view opponents cards
