He comments at 4:50:19, 5:24 since the previous turn and 0:24 since AI took over and surrendered

Don't spend so much time patting yourself on the back for your success and play instead and you won't get booted. Seeing as it was your own template you would really think you would understand the settings you implemented. Seems a rather noob mistake to get yourself booted and then blame a bug in the game.

What is going on here? Why is an early conversation from turn 1 being slapped into turn 18? Is this due to the bug or was it deliberately edited to make a point about time?

Oddly, there's no line break between distribution and the first turn that someone talks in. So assuming you stopped talking before
