As soon as this chap started losing he strung his turns out for 5 minutes.I assume this was in an effort to get me to quit. Is this considered bad form and is it worthy of me BLing the player?

When you know you have lost, that is cheap IMO to stall. I didn't look at the game, but if it was still in doubt I get taking your time a bit. It is not breaking the rules though, it is just lame.

I play starcraft 2, and sometimes people will lift off their command center and just float it somewhere to hide it even though they have lost. It can be very annoying, because they are just hoping you get booted or have to leave before you find their building to win. Or even better yet, your teammate will just attack you right off the bat for no reason.

I have no idea why people play that way. They must have nothing better to do with their lives than to troll people online. I would hate to have that crappy of a life.

At any rate, nothing you can do. At least here you can blacklist them. Blizzard does nothing about trolls in their games really.
