I find it annoying that I have to friend somebody to invite them to a clan, or to easily invite them to any games. It's also awkward to scroll through my whole friends list to get just my clan members. I think maybe an "Invite Clan" button could be helpful here, along with an "Invite To Clan" button as well.

I disagree. That makes it even easier for spamming clans to send out invites. Why would you invite someone that is not a friend anyway?

The real issue is there are no filters to the invite list. We need multiple friend lists. I'd love to have a separate one for my clan (instead of having to scroll through it all when sending mail).

This is the underlying issue though (managing your invite list properly).

I am not in a clan at the moment so I cannot confirm this, but I believe you can go to your clan invitation page, press Edit > Find > Search name, that at least saves the time of scrolling through a long invite list. I'm also using Chrome on a Mac, but I'm sure there are similar options for your browser.

Well, you go to clan page and hit "Invite to clan". Then it shows your invite list and has a link next to each name that says "Invite"

All you have to do is hit CTRL+F to find a name on the page (or scroll down)


He was saying he wants a button in their profile (like blacklist, etc). While that saves him two steps, it also makes spamming invites much easier. And like I said I don't know why you'd invite someone that is not on your invite list anyway.

But the friend list idea is better because of if your invite list is long the sorted list can take a looooong time.

Fake and gay.

Another big issue I have is the sort on the list. IMO, case should not be factored in. If you sort it alphabetic, it should not be all with uppercase first letter, then lower case. "a" should be right next to "A" in the sort, not after "Z".
