I perused the first three pages of topics in your forum. It was mostly drama and EVERYTHING HAS TO BE IN CAPS!!!

Also, if your leader is using derogatory terms of a sexual nature against other clans, that's kind of sad.

So, at least my opinion is more informed now :D

P.S. I was a member of the Royal Falcons for a similar amount of time, their posts were much less stupid.

It has nothing to do with being formal or casual. It has to do with maturity and respect above all else.

Having a thread getting people to clan-bomb diplo games and work together isn't mature or respectful. Calling other clans faggots isn't mature or respectful. Having most of your threads filled with ZOMG CAPS LOCK DRAMA isn't mature.

Edit: I ran clans for games when I was 10-13 years old, and despite the HORRIFIC trend of black background sites with neon color text(everybody on Geocities was doing it, don't blame me!), I was able to keep my clans under control and earn the respect of the community. It's not that hard.
