yeah, but did you check settings?. There is automatic distribution, so there is no picking strategy at all. It's pure luck, 50% chance for win, you can't lose if you get good territory(the only exception is getting booted), so it's even fairer that "100% kill ratio", cause there is no way to miss altered settings (in "100% kill ratio" you can do nothing and that means you lose, in this setting it will just delay your win). So how can you call this 'unfair' if you allowed 100% offence kill ratio?
Also, as you are Warlight Creater you can probably also check how many games like this i've created and if you do this you can easily count it was the whole three ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOrgLj9lOwk&t=1m30s
). The whole points of creating those games was to show, that punishing altered kill ratio doesn't solve this problem and to propose and discuss other solutions. But instead of really try to figure out something about it i was just accused of creating unfair game and warned not to create more (as if i've created any before). That's simply not nice :(
